Resumen
El objetivo del presente estudio propone mejorar la eficiencia de los equipos y máquinas de las líneas de procesos de fabricación de tuberías en la empresa IMETECO. Para determinar la situación actual en la que se encontraba la empresa se realizó un análisis de los indicadores de producción mediante diagramas de causa y efecto y graficas de Pareto, para determinar las acciones a realizar para mejorar la eficiencia en la línea de fabricación de tuberías. Mediante el análisis de la situación actual de la empresa se pudo determinar que los puntos más críticos del proceso por los cuales existen más tiempos muertos son los siguientes: excesivo tiempo de limpieza y tiempo de maniobra muy largo, paradas por falta de material y paradas por daños mecánicos, por lo que se vio la necesidad de desarrollar procedimientos con el fin de establecer las actividades adecuadas para reducir tiempos de operación, se estableció un sistema de compra de materiales para evitar la falta de material en las líneas, se determinó un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para evitar paradas innecesarias por daños mecánicos. Se determinó que los procesos más críticos en la línea de tuberías son: la pintura y el granallado. Por lo que se recomienda la implementación de las acciones correctivas de inmediato para mejorar la eficiencia del proceso y optimizar los recursos que posee la empresa Imeteco
The objective of the present study aims to improve the efficiency of the equipment and machines of the lines of manufacturing processes of pipes in the company IMETECO. To determine the current situation in which the company has conducted an analysis of the indicators of production through cause and effect diagrams and charts of Pareto, to determine the actions to be taken to improve the efficiency in the production line of pipes. Through the analysis of the current situation of the company were able to determine that the most critical points of the process by which there are more dead times are the following: excessive cleaning time and long handling, Stops due to lack of material and stops by mechanical damage, by what was the need to develop procedures with the aim of establishing the appropriate activities to reduce times of operation, a system was established for the purchase of materials to prevent the lack of it in the lines, identified a preventive maintenance plan to avoid unnecessary stops for mechanical damage. It was determined that the most critical processes in the line of pipes are: painting and the shot peening. It is recommended the implementation of the corrective actions immediately to improve the efficiency of the process and optimize the resources that owns the company Imeteco.
