Resumen
El objetivo principal de este proyecto tiene como propósito la implementación de la metodología 5s (organización y limpieza) en el área de producción sección de maquinado de la empresa Balsasud S.A, debido a que la sección de maquinado es una de las áreas donde más se producen perdidas en recursos. La metodología se fundamenta en los tipos de investigación Documental, Explicativa y Descriptiva. Para cumplir con el objetivo se ha documentado el proceso operativo y organizacional del área de maquinado para identificar los principales problemas que afectan a la sección de maquinado; mediante un análisis del sistema organizativo se pudo seleccionar los elementos que son las causas principales del problema; utilizando los indicadores de gestión dieron como resultado, los problemas que afectan directamente a la sección de maquinado. El diagnóstico situacional se desarrolló mediante los indicadores de gestión y empleando herramientas de análisis como Diagrama Causa-Efecto. Como propuesta se plantea la implementación del sistema de organización y limpieza 5s, con el cual se obtendrán beneficios como lugares de trabajo más limpios, agradables y seguros al momento de ejecutar las operaciones, reducciones de tiempo que se producen por el reproceso del producto, desperdicios de materiales ocasionados por la mala distribución en las áreas de trabajo y así un incremento en la producción a partir de una óptima distribución del espacio físico.
The main objective of this project has the purpose to implement the 5s methodology (organization and cleanliness) in the Balsasud S.A Company machinery production area section, due to the fact that this machinery section is one of the areas in where most losses of resources are produced. The methodology settles itself in the types of Documental, Explanatory and Descriptive investigations. In order to comply with the objective, the operationalization of the process and the machinery area which identifies the main problems that affect the machinery section have been documented, through an organized system analysis element that are the main causes of the problem were able to be select, using management indicators obtained as result the problems that affect directly the machinery section. The situational diagnostic was developed during the management indicators and including analysis tools, such as cause effect diagrams. As proposal the implementation of the 5s organization and cleanliness system is set which will obtain cleaner work places, pleasant and secure at the moment to execute the operations, reduction of time that is produced because of the reprocess of the product, wasted material caused by bad distribution of physical work space and boost of production due to the optimum physical space.
