Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo se basa en el uso del celular y su
influencia en la comunicación familiar de los habitantes del sector de
Mucho Lote 3era Etapa, Mz. 2370 y 2371; y generar una reflexión
orientada a aportar nuevos elementos sobre cómo la comunicación móvil
afecta la relación familiar. El estudio de esta temática tuvo como sustento
la documentación bibliográfica para las fundamentaciones teórica,
sociológica, y legal. La metodología se basa como método principal el
descriptivo-inductivo. Este proyecto es de tipo factible bajo la modalidad
de indagación de campo porque se evidenció la problemática en las
familia del sector de Mucho Lote 3era Etapa, Mz. 2370 y 2371. Los tipos
de investigación utilizados fueron: cualitativa, cuantitativa, explicativa y
bibliográfica. Las técnicas implementadas son: la observación, y la
encuesta. Los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación del instrumento
correspondiente a la encuesta, se representaron de manera tabular,
gráfica y textual de cada una de las preguntas contenidas en el
cuestionario. Estos resultados permitieron que se justifique la ejecución
de la propuesta de elaboración de una guía de orientación de padres
sobre el uso adecuado del celular para fortalecer la comunicación familiar.

The types of research were: qualitative, quantitative, and explanatory literature. The implemented techniques are: observation, and survey. The results of the instrument for the application to the survey were represented in tabular, graphical and textual way, each question was presented in the questionnaire way. The results allowed the implementation of the proposal in order to develop an orientation guide for parents for the proper use of cell phone to improve family communication.
