Resumen
Este trabajo investigativo analizó las normas de convivencia dentro de los
bloques número 11-15-17 del sector Valdivia, Sur de la ciudad, el cual sirvió
para determinar la inconformidad entre vecinos y la falta de administración
específica para un buen ambiente entre habitantes. Así mismo se planteó el
problema base que es; mal manejo de desechos, ruidos constante, uso de
pasos peatonales como parqueaderos y demás, seguido del respectivo marco
teórico, fundamentando autores sobre familia, comunicación, cultura y valores,
en lo contextual se detalló los inicios de Valdivia como tal y en marco legal se
citaron a la leyes, entre las principales; Ley Orgánica de Comunicación Social y
Constitución 2008 como máximos entes reguladores de la información.
Además se aplicó la metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa, definiendo como
propuesta; chalas informativas y educativas. Es así como se lograría
solucionar esta problemática, involucrando a la comunidad en general.
This research work analyzed the rules of coexistence in the blocks number 1115-17 the “Valdivia”, in the city, which helped us determine the no comfort among neighbors and the lack of specific administrative department to keep a good environment among them. This way, the basic problem was found; bad waste carriage, constant noise, the use of pedestrian crossing parking lots among a there, following the respective theoretical framework, based on family, communication, culture and values, which were created from the very beginning of Valdivia as such, and in the legal framework some las were have: “Ley Orgánica de Comunicación Social y la Constitución 2008 as maximum regulators of the information. Also, qualitative and quantitative methodologies, were applied defining as a proposal; informative and educative conversations talks. This way this issue will be solved considering the community in general.
