Resumen
Actualmente existe en la industria de plásticos ausencia de control en la utilización de energía para la transformación de la materia prima en productos terminados a lo largo de su cadena productiva, dando como consecuencia desperdicio energético por la inadecuada administración en los procesos, la falta de conciencia en el uso eficiente de energía y análisis en los mismos, ocasionando emisión de Gases de Efecto Invernadero- GEI-, generando así un impacto ambiental, mediante la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión Energética se puede controlar y administrar de manera sistemática y ordenada el consumo de las diferentes fuentes de energía que se utilizan dentro del proceso productivo a nivel industrial, los resultados que se obtendrán mediante la implementación de esta norma se ven reflejados en la eficiencia del sistema productivo en los diferentes procesos donde se busca disminuir el consumo energético y a su vez se disminuye la contaminación Ambiental
Currently, there is a lack at control in the plastic industry in the use of energy for the transformation of the raw materials into finished products throughout the production chain, giving as a result waste of energy by the inappropriated administration in the processes, the lack of awareness in the efficient use of energy and analysis on the same, causing emission of Greenhouse Gases- GHG-, thus generating an environmental impact, through the implementation of an Energy Management System which can be controled and manage in a systematic and orderly manner the consumption of the different sources of energy that are used within the productive process at industrial level, the results that will be obtained through the implementation of this standard are reflected in the efficiency of the productive system in the different processes where the goal is to reduce the energy consumption and in turn decreases the environmental pollution.
