Importancia de la cementación definitiva de las carillas de porcelana

Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo de titulación es determinar, la adaptación
en dientes centrales superiores para carillas de porcelana para
restituir la salud bucal del paciente. Es importante saber que en la
preparación de carillas de porcelana establecer el grado de
reducción dentaria, ya que no en todos los casos requiere un mayor
o menor desgaste en la preparación. Es una alternativa muy
conservadora que permite al profesional ofrecer la alternativa
restauradora, que preserve en óptimas condiciones las superficies
dentales remanentes sin involucrarlas dentro de la técnica mecánica,
ya que por su misma condición estructural sana, no es tácita su
involucramiento. La necesidad de adquirir sonrisas con
características funcionales y estéticas es más evidente con el paso
de la tecnificación industrial de los países en vías de desarrollo, de
lo cual el Ecuador no se aparta de aquello. Es un tipo de
investigación no experimental y sistemática en la que el
investigador no tiene control sobre las variables independientes por
que ya ocurrieron los hechos. Permite establecer la relación entre el
tallado para preparación de carillas de porcelana cual sería la técnica
más adecuada para adaptar este tipo de restauración, en cual la
mayoría de fallas serian el desprendimiento de las carillas, se aplicó
el siguiente diseño metodológico en el presente trabajo. Este trabajo
es de tipo bibliográfico ya que se van describiendo las
actualizaciones que se han venido dando en cuanto a las técnicas y
materiales a emplear para el tratamiento e importancia de la
cementación definitiva de carillas de porcelana y poder de esta
manera aumentar el interés por éste procedimiento, por lo tanto no
existe universo y muestra.
The objective of this work is to determine qualifications, adaptation in upper central teeth for porcelain veneers to restore the patient's oral health. It is important to know that in preparing porcelain veneers establish the degree of tooth reduction, if not in all cases requires more or less wear on the preparation. It is a very conservative alternative that allows the practitioner to offer alternative restorative, which optimally preserve the remaining tooth surfaces without involving them in the mechanical technique, since by its very sound structural condition, not tacit involvement. The need to acquire smiles with functional and aesthetic characteristics is most evident with the passage of industrial modernization of the developing countries, which the Ecuador does not deviate from that. It is a type of non-experimental and systematic research in which the researcher has no control over the independent variables that since the events occurred. Set the relationship between the cut for preparing porcelain veneers which would be the most appropriate technique to adapt this type of restoration, in which the majority of failures would be the release of the veneers, the following methodological design in this paper was applied. This work is bibliographic and to be describing the updates that have been taking place in terms of the techniques and materials used for the treatment and importance of the final cementation of porcelain veneers and thus to increase the interest in it procedure therefore shows no universe.
