Resumen
El propósito de esta tesis tiene el fin de diagnosticar las causas y efectos que originan el retraso del despacho para realizar el respectivo reordenamiento utilizando la técnica de la Clasificación ABC, siendo esta técnica muy importante porque en primer lugar se van a identificar los diferentes productos físicamente y a través del sistema es decir el Inventario, y así darle un óptimo almacenamiento en sus contenedores. Las técnicas, diagramas, que vamos a utilizar son: Diagrama Causa- Efecto (Ishikawa), Diagrama Pareto, FODA, son herramientas donde nos ayudarán a ver, donde están esas incidencias, con que frecuencias se dan para darle prioridad a los problemas que ocasionan ese cuello de botella y así poder deleitar al cliente y llenar sus expectativas. El Diagrama Ishikawa , Diagrama Pareto dieron una visión muy buena donde existían los problemas para hacer su respectivo análisis, se identificó dichos problemas que ocasionaban un caos administrativo, y con la Clasificación ABC se pudo reordenar los productos y almacenarlos correctamente ya que estaban mezclados las diferentes líneas de productos, y así no se podía despachar de la mejor manera pero lo importante que se solucionó, y se le dio el cuidado adecuado en los productos ABC, debido a su gran volumen de mercadería y alto costo.
The purpose of this thesis is to diagnose the causes and effects of delay of the office for the respective rearrangement using the technique of ABC classification, being this a very important technique because by first it will identify the different products physically and through the system it is the inventory, and to give optimum storage in their containers. The Techniques, diagrams, we will use are: cause-effect Diagram (Ishikawa), Pareto Diagram, SWOT, are tools which will help us to see where these incidents are, with that frequency to give priority to the problems caused that bottleneck so we can delight the customer and meet their expectations. The Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Diagram got a very good view where problems exist for their analysis, these problems that caused administrative chaos was identified, and the ABC classification could reorder products and store them properly as they were mixed different product lines, and so could not be dispatched in the best way but the important thing was solved, and given proper care in the ABC products, due to their large volume of goods and high cost.
