Resumen
Desarrollo de tratamiento endodontico en la clínica integral de la Facultad
Piloto de Odontología a paciente de 41 años de edad que acudió a la consulta
odontología por molestias de dolor intenso en la pieza número 21,
clínicamente se veía un cambio de color en la pieza que el paciente manifestó
el dolor, en el desarrollo del caso se diagnostico un procedimiento patológico
en la pieza afectada dando como resultado una pulpitis aguda serosa. Este
tratamiento pulpar no tuvo complicaciones, su resultado fue favorable al
inspeccionar la radiografía de control del tratamiento a los 3 meses de la
realización, el paciente no manifestó molestia alguna. Al terminar el
tratamiento pulpar logramos un cierre apilcal y un conducto completamente
obturado con los materiales adecuados al diagnostico dado. El paciente
agradecido manifestó no tener ningún tipo de inconveniente con la pieza
obturada y manifestó la disminución notoria del dolor gracias a los fármacos
designados y a la colaboración del paciente.
Development of endodontic treatment in comprehensive clinic Pilot School of Dentistry to patient 41 years old who attended the consultation dentistry discomfort of severe pain in the part number 21, clinically a color change was seen in the piece that the patient reported pain in the development of a pathological process case was diagnosed in the part affected resulting in an acute serous pulpitis. This pulp treatment had no complications, the outcome was favorable to inspect the treatment radiograph at 3 months of the completion and the patient did not show any discomfort. At the end we achieved a pulp treatment and a conduit closure apilcal completely sealed with appropriate materials for the diagnosis given. The grateful patient reported not having any problem with the sealed part and expressed the marked decrease pain through drugs designated and patient cooperation.
