Resumen
En la actualidad, la sociedad prácticamente exige una uniformidad de las características
relacionadas con la apariencia física de las personas, lo que hace aumentar la búsqueda por
los tratamientos que proporcionen un aspecto más agradable, vinculado a técnicas
eficientes y seguras. La composición de los dientes anteriores juega un papel importante
dentro de la estética porque su ajuste, color, colocación arreglo y longitud determinan la
personalidad de un individuo, razón por la cual se justifica esta investigación al buscar una
solución adecuada a este problema logrando corregirse, debido a la desclasificación del
esmalte en pacientes lo que constituye una alternativa para el tratamiento de dicha
desarmonía del color existente en los dientes que presentan pigmentaciones sistémicas y/o
fluorosis dental. Los objetivos de las restauraciones están enmarcados en salud, función y
estética; para cumplirlos es indispensable comprender la función del Ancho Biológico en la
preservación de la salud de los tejidos gingivales y el control de la forma gingival de la
restauración, con lo cual se determinará la ubicación de los márgenes de la restauración.
Dentro de los parámetros que tenemos que considerar para resolver un problema estético,
el más importante de todos es entender que los dientes no están solos, ellos comparten con
un entorno donde hay encías, labios y la cara. El presente caso se aplicó procedimiento
clínico estético de carillas dentales directas en piezas anteriores por tener descalcificación
de esmalte en su desarrollo, no sin antes proponerle a la paciente otros tipos de tratamiento
estéticos.
Today, society practically requires uniformity of characteristics related to the physical appearance of people, which increases the search for treatments that provide a more pleasing appearance, linked to efficient and safe techniques. The composition of the anterior teeth plays an important role in aesthetics because its setting, color, arrangement and length placement determine the personality of an individual, which is why this investigation is warranted to look for a proper solution to this problem corrected for declassification enamel in patients which constitutes an alternative for the treatment of such disharmony existing color on teeth that have systemic pigmentation and / or dental fluorosis. The objectives of the restorations are framed in health, function and aesthetics; to achieve them is essential to understand the role of biological width in preserving the health of the gingiva and gingival control the shape of the restoration, which the location of the restoration margins will be determined. Within the parameters we have to consider to solve an aesthetic problem, the most important of all is to understand that the teeth are not alone, they share an environment where gums, lips and face. This case clinical procedure of direct aesthetic veneers in previous pieces have applied for enamel decalcification in their development, but not before the patient propose other types of cosmetic treatment
