Resumen
La realización del caso se dio por cuestiones de necesidad y estética del paciente, el tratamiento
se realizó en varias sesiones, se hizo los respectivos procedimientos antes de empezar el
tratamiento como, anamnesis, diagnóstico y exámenes complementarios como, toma
radiográfica y modelos de estudio. El paciente ya tenía hecha la endodoncia y el provisional ya
no tenía buena estética, por no tener una buena retención por la falta de suficiente remanente
dentario. Se procedió hacer agrandamiento de corona por motivos necesarios, ya que el
remanente dentario de la pieza era muy corto. Ya con el agrandamiento de corona la pieza
cumplía con los requisitos necesarios para realizar el poste-muñón dentario. Después del
agrandamiento coronal se realizó el tallado del cuello del diente para que pueda adaptarse
posteriormente el poste-muñón que va a colocarse en el conducto radicular del diente y poder
tomar la impresión que tendrá la forma del conducto y cuello de la corona bien delimitada para
realizar el poste-muñón, el cual será un material colado de oro el después de fundirlo tendrá que
adaptarse en el conducto radicular para poder realizar la reconstrucción del diente afectado. El
resultado obtenido después del tratamiento fue favorable por que el diente tiene ahora una mejor
estética y se le devolvió la función al diente a tratar. Puedo concluir que el tratamiento realizado
no tuvo mayores inconvenientes y se logró lo que se mantuvo como objetivo y en el tiempo
requerido. Dando una buena atención y resultado para beneficio del paciente atendido.

After coronal enlargement carved neck of the tooth was made so that you can later adapt the post-stump to be placed in the root canal of the tooth and to take the impression that will form the duct and neck well defined crown perform the post-stump, which will be a cast gold after melt will have to adapt in the root canal to perform the reconstruction of the affected tooth material. The result obtained after treatment was favorable for the tooth now has a better aesthetics and function returned to the tooth to be treated. I can conclude that the treatment had made no major problems and achieved what remained objective and the time required. Giving good care and outcome for the benefit of the patient treated.
