Bruxism has been described throughout history, from ancient times mentioned negative reactions in the oral cavity affecting both muscles as teeth which are the most affected either wear their clause-occlusal surfaces until fracture parts as in the case described in this research, the aim of this study is to analyze how the pulp reacts with a defense mechanism the same q accelerates the formation of secondary and tertiary dentin and then go calcifying which is reduced gradually the canal space leaving as a result ducts atretic and not be treated end with total calcification of the duct, the affected in this case part will be treated endodontically with a biopulpectomia and reconstruction of composite, the results were satisfactory completion of the endodontic eliminate the patient pain and stopped the calcification of the duct, it is recommended to intervene with bruxism treatment immediately to avoid further injury.
