Resumen
El problema de investigación que despliega esta tesis ¿Qué factores
comunicacionales inciden en la relación intrafamiliar en el sector Cisne Dos del
suburbio oeste de Guayaquil?, el objetivo general de esta investigación es
determinar qué factores comunicacionales incurren en la relación intrafamiliar
en el sector cisne dos suburbios este de Guayaquil. Hipótesis las familias que
habitan en el sector Cisne Dos transgreden comunicológicamente en las
actitudes y comportamiento de interacción de padres e hijos que viven en el
lugar antes mencionado. El marco metodológico que se utilizo fue la
investigación cualitativa, el planteamiento del problema se llevó a cabo con el
trabajo de campo realizando la encuesta, entrevista, observación,
herramientas etc. Lo que hace que la investigación vaya modificando con las
indagaciones y el diseño cuantitativo la que están sujeta a condiciones del
entorno relacionado al objeto de estudio con este diseño, la explicación de las
encuestas recolectadas se realizó de forma directa y muy concreta, sin
embargo a ser teoría se interpreten forma personal del investigador lo que dará
mayor valor al estudio de este proyecto.En el capítulo tres se procedió al
análisis de resultados y también de la realización de gráficos porcentuales. El
resultado obtenido logra esclarecer el argumento de la hipótesis. En el capítulo
cuatro de esta investigación se Diseñó una guía comunicacional
interpersonal “comunicación para toda la vida” que fue dirigida
especialmente a los jóvenes y padres de familias del sector Cisne Dos en las
calles 25 a,b,c,ch del suburbio este de la ciudad Guayaquil,
The problem of this research is: What communicational factors affect the relationship inside the family in the area Cisne dos in the western suburb of Guayaquil ?, the general objective of this investigation is to determine which communicational factors influence on the relationship inside the family in the area Cisne dos in the East suburb of Guayaquil. Hypothesis of this investigation is: families, which are living in the area Cisne dos contravene the attitudes and behavior of interpersonal relationship between parents and children in this place. The methodological framework that was used in this research are the survey, interview, observation tools and other techniques. This research was modified with the inquiries and the quantitative design, the subject of this investigation was related with the object of study, the explanation of the collected surveys was made in a very concrete way, however, the theoretical part was interpreted by researcher in a personal way, which will give greater value to this investigation. In the third chapter it was proceeded the analysis of results and also it was presented percentage graphics of the investigation. The obtained result clarifies the hypothesis. In the fourth chapter of this research, it was presented an interpersonal communication guide "lifelong communication", it was specially created for young people and parents in the area Cisne dos, streets 25th, b, c, ch, eastern suburb of Guayaquil city.
