Resumen
La parroquia Santa Marianita, perteneciente al cantón Salitre en sus inicios fue constituido por
asentamientos irregulares en las riberas del río Vinces, donde actualidad en un balneario de agua
dulce, con carencias de espacios recreativos y culturales. Se plantea un estudio el cual buscará
mejorar la imagen urbana de las riberas del río y rehabilitar el turismo de la playa, implementando
espacios públicos, culturales , recreativos y comerciales, aplicando conceptos y criterios de
diseños, ordenanzas ; mediante la recolección de datos, encuestas; se analizará las necesidades
más convenientes para el sector y el turismo; aprovechando así al máximo este atractivo turístico
natural de vital importancia para el desarrollo de la parroquia.
The parish of Santa Marianita, belonging to the canton of Salitre in its beginnings was constituted by irregular settlements on the banks of the river Vinces, which has now become a fresh water resort, lacking recreational and cultural spaces.
