Resumen
El análisis financiero es una herramienta de trabajo, mediante el cual se puede
conseguir el mejoramiento de los estados financieros, los mismos que son realizados por
las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito.
En la siguiente tesis se utilizó los instrumentos de recolección de datos ya que estuvimos
en el lugar de estudio, la encuesta se realizó a todos los miembros del departamento
financiero y la entrevista se la realizo al gerente y jefe financiero de la institución para
obtener la suficiente información que servirán como bases para descubrir las falencias que
tiene la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “San José” Ltda.
Luego de recolectar la información se continuó con la interpretación de los resultados y
posteriormente a realizar la propuesta con el Sistema de Monitoreo PERLAS para poder
realizar una mejor toma de decisiones en la institución.
Financial analysis is a working tool, through which the financial statements can be improved, the same ones that are carried out by the Savings and Credit Cooperatives, and it is very important to generate greater revenues. After collecting the information, we continued with the interpretation of the results and then made the proposal with the PERLAS monitoring system in order to make a better decision-making in the institution.
