The present study was to evaluate the use of stainless steel crown in the second primary molars and restoration of rehabilitation pulp therapy one of the main goals of this treatment is to keep the tooth by removing partial flesh is very important to keep these teeth not only for conservation and avoid bad dental positions but also help in chewing and aesthetics of child phonation; to proceed with this treatment is due to make a good preparation of medical history by palpation percussion a good radiographic clinical diagnosis after obtaining a definitive diagnosis is proceeded to removal of the lesion of dental caries especially the cameral pulp, and proceeded to control bleeding by applying with a cotton ball with ferric sulfate, make a good seal consisting of the application of zinc oxide eugenol directly on the pulp then must place a ionomer cement preferably resin-modified for better handling, occlusal reduction and removal should be uniform with a depth of at least 1.5 mm so that the crown has room for adaptation of the steel crown obtaining results as a favorable alternative to the tooth maintain its vitality pulp keeping the tooth until their natural exfoliation concluding that pulp therapy helps keep the temporary tooth with a crown of steel.
