Resumen
La finalidad del presente proyecto de tesis es exponer un Modelo de Gestión
administrativa y financiera para el desarrollo de la panadería “Las Acacias” de la ciudad de
Guayaquil. La empresa se dedica a la producción y comercialización de pan y pasteles. Las
conclusiones que se hemos obtenido son el producto de un análisis profundo de los
resultados, tomando especial atención a aquellos artículos que no generan rentabilidad y
que se convierten en una carga para la empresa disminuyendo sus ingresos. Sin embargo,
queda bajo absoluta responsabilidad del Gerente General, tomar la decisión correcta que le
permita a la empresa continuar y dar un giro empresarial llevándola a un nivel de alta
competitividad dentro del mercado tanto nacional como internacional.
The purpose of this thesis project is to present a model of administrative management and financial for development of the bakery “Las Acacias” city of Guayaquil. The company is engaged in the production and marketing of bread and cakes. The conclusions we obtained are the product of a thorough analysis of the results, taking special attention to those items that do not generate profitability and become a burden to the company reducing its income. However, it remains under the sole responsibility of General Manager, make the right decision that will allow the company to continue and give a business turn bringing it to a high level of competitiveness in the domestic and international market.
