Resumen
El crecimiento de la demanda laboral en los últimos años ha aumentado
considerablemente en los jóvenes, la poca oportunidad de empleo ha
generado la idea de brindar oportunidades que permitan brindar
información de oportunidad empleo a través del emprendimiento para este
grupo objetivo, los jóvenes egresados de comunicación, que representa
una parte del porcentaje de la población ecuatoriana. Por ello esta
investigación presenta los antecedentes del surgimiento de los
emprendedores, para luego analizar las características y directrices a
seguir, pasando por testimonios hasta brindar lecciones de vida que serán
contrastadas a través de la encuesta y entrevistas. El mismo que brindará
información técnica para el desarrollo de ideas para los futuros
comunicadores; que fortalezcan la Matriz Productiva, y contribuya a
minimizar la demanda laboral, por el contrario, tribute al crecimiento
profesional en el área de la comunicación, orientado a la creación de
productos periodístico innovadores y de calidad en la comunicación e
incluso con ideas ya establecidas y/o posicionadas añadiendo valor
agregado.
