Resumen
El desarrollo de esta tesis de grado está basado mejorar las condiciones de trabajo en lo concerniente a seguridad y Salud ocupacional en la empresa ECOAJE S.A. Se toma como base la recolección de información de campo y los análisis por puestos de trabajo, abarcando todas las áreas administrativas y de planta, utilizando el método de doble criterio. Este análisis nos arroja datos, los mismos que son evaluados y se presentan propuestas de mejora distribuidos en cuatro grupos de acción, tales como: Capacitación, Estudios profesionales externos, implementación de instructivos y procedimientos operativos y la adquisición de infraestructura y elementos de seguridad. La inversión total en seguridad y salud ocupacional, inicial para el siguiente año, asciende a un valor de: $15.141,36, con esta inversión se pretende evitar o minimizar el riesgo de accidentes laborales. Considerando el evento más drástico en el que el trabajador pueda eventualmente perder la vida, las consecuencias que se presentarían representa un costo a la empresa un desembolso equivalente a $17.568, con estos valores monetarios se obtendría un indicador de costo-beneficio de 1,16 un indicador mayor a uno, muy aceptable. Sin embargo, más allá de la conveniencia monetaria, existe un costo incalculable y muchos casos, no recuperable, respecto al costo social del afectado y su familia, que es sin duda, la mayor ganancia. Entre las recomendaciones más importantes, se tiene que concientizar al personal de la empresa, que no basta con que la empresa cumpla con las normativas legales sino que el personal se sienta comprometido con la seguridad por el bien propio y de todos en la empresa.
The development of this thesis is based to improve working conditions about safety and occupational health in the company ECOAJE S.A. It builds on the collection of field information and analysis jobs, covering all administrative and industrial plant areas, using the double standard method. This analysis gives us data, the same as are assessed and proposals for improvement in four action groups, such as are presented: Training, external professional studies, implementation of instructions and operating procedures and the acquirement of infrastructure and security features. The total investment in occupational safety and health, starting for the following year, amounting to a value of: $ 15,141.36, with this investment its pretend to avoid or minimize the risk of accidents. Considering the most dramatic event in which a worker may eventually lose his life, the consequences would be presented, represents a value cost to the company the equivalent of $ 17,568 outlay, these monetary values an indicator of cost-benefit of 1,16 would get one very acceptable greater than one indicator. However, beyond the monetary convenience, there is an incalculable cost many cases non-recoverable, regarding the social cost of the affected and their families, which is undoubtedly the biggest gain. Among the most important recommendations it has to sensitize the staff of the company, which is not enough that the company complies with legal regulations but staff feel committed to safety by his own good and everyone in the company
