Análisis de las necesidades del control de inventarios que aplica la Empresa DEKOCASA S.A. y sus incidencias en la eficiencia de comercialización de los materiales que ofrece al mercado en el ejecicio fiscal del año 2014

Resumen
La presente Tesis fue realizada a la Empresa DEKOCASA S.A. de la ciudad de
Babahoyo. La Empresa DEKOCASA S.A. gracias al esfuerzo y dedicación de sus
propietarios, ha logrado reconocimiento en la ciudad de Babahoyo, y ha logrado
posicionarse dentro del mercado local. La presente investigación objeto de
estudio, trata de empoderar a los colaboradores de la empresa y a los clientes en
los distintos procesos de la administración de inventarios, el mismo que tiene
lugar en las bodegas de la empresa antes mencionada. De acuerdo a los análisis
de las necesidades realizadas a la empresa se ha podido determinar que no
posee políticas y sistemas de inventarios lo cual genera un alto valor en la
gestión de compras, disminución en el rendimiento organizacional y altos costos
en la administración de los procesos. Existe mercadería que se compra en
exceso debido al desconocimiento de las existencias, esto hace que la reposición
se haga sin seguir una política económica de inventario; además existe el riesgo
que la mercadería se deteriore por el tiempo que se almacena en bodega.
Después de hacer el análisis en la presente tesis como una manera de encontrar
solución a las falencias encontradas en la investigación, capaz de satisfacer los
requerimientos de un desarrollo organizacional, se planteó el objetivo general y
los objetivos específicos, los cuáles se cumplieron a cabalidad. Se proporcionan
posibles soluciones para mejorar las políticas actuales de los procesos realizados
en la empresa, con el fin de reducir los niveles excesivos de inventarios, el costo y
almacenaje del mismo. Por ello la empresa ha decidido implementar políticas de
inventarios y mejorar la administración actual para controlar eficientemente la
inversión, la distribución de los artículos en bodega, disminución del tiempo de
despacho, entregar la mercadería y mejorar el nivel de satisfacción de clientes

The company DEKOCASA S.A. through the efforts and dedication of the owners has achieved recognition in the city of Babahoyo and position within the local market. The present research study is empower the collaborators of the company and customers in the process of inventory management, which takes place in the warehouses of the above-mentioned company. According to the analysis of the requirements made to the company has been able to determine that lacks policies and inventory systems which generate a high value in the management of purchasing, reduction in organizational performance and high costs in the administration of the processes. There is merchandise that is purchased in excess due to the lack of stocks, this makes replenishment is made without following an economic policy of inventory; There is also the risk that the goods are damaged suffer for the time that is stored in the winery. After the analysis of the present thesis as a way of finding solution to the shortcomings found in the investigation to satisfy requirements of a organizational development, raised the general objective and specific objectives, which were met fully. Possible solutions are provided to improve the current policies of the processes carried out in the company, in order to reduce excessive levels of inventory, cost and storage of it, so the company has decided to implement inventory policies and improve the current Administration to control efficiently the investment, the distribution of the articles in Winery, decrease the turnaround time the process of reception and delivery of goods and improve the level of customer satisfaction.
