Resumen
El objetivo principal es el desarrollo de un sistema web que cubra las
necesidades de la institución educativa Clemencia Clark Arias en el aspecto de
manejo de información y automatizar los procesos de matriculación e ingreso de
notas. Mejorando notablemente el tiempo de ejecución de los procesos
mencionados, la información relevante de los estudiantes, profesores, las
actividades académicas y con su respectiva ponderación se almacenara en el
sistema reemplazando la documentación física. Las personas que tendrán
acceso e interactuarán con el sistema son el administrador, representantes y los
profesores. El administrador tendrá como función de manejar la parte
administrativa del sistema, ingreso de información de matriculación, generación
de los reportes de calificaciones, publicación de noticias y eventos referentes a la
institución. Los profesores utilizarían el sistema como una herramienta para
control de actividades y manejo de calificación de su materia asignada. Los
padres de familia accederán al sistema para ver las calificaciones de su
representado y las noticias relevantes que se encuentre publicado. Basándonos
como referencia lo que indica la institución educativa, el ministerio de educación,
la legislación de la educación ecuatoriana y los lineamientos de cómo se debe
manejar la matriculación y las calificaciones. Para comprobar la factibilidad del
proyecto se elabora encuestas a la población de la institución, análisis de las
variables e informes de pruebas. Como conclusión se establece que el sistema
cumple con los objetivos planteados mejorando el tiempo de gestión
administrativa, el manejo de la información relevante de la institución y la calidad
de servicio hacia los padres de familias
The main objective is the development of a web system that covers the needs of the Clemencia Clark Arias educational institution in the information management aspect and automates the processes of enrollment and entry of notes. Significantly improving the execution time of the mentioned processes, the relevant information of the students, teachers, activities and qualifications will be stored in the system replacing the physical documentation. The people who will have access and interact with the system are the administrator, parents and teachers. The administrator will have the function of managing the administrative part of the system, entering registration information, generating report cards, publishing news and events related to the institution. Teachers would use the system as a tool for controlling activities and managing the grading of their assigned subject. Parents will access the system to view their ratings and relevant news items posted. Based on what is indicated by the educational institution, the Ministry of Education, the legislation of Ecuadorian education and the guidelines on how to handle enrollment and grades. In order to check the feasibility of the project, surveys are carried out on the population of the institution, analysis of variables and test reports. As a conclusion, it is established that the system meets the objectives set by improving the time of administrative management, the management of the relevant information of the institution and the quality of service to the parents of families
