Resumen
El sistema de esferas de actuación profesional tiene como componentes las
prácticas pre-profesionales, por tal motivo el tema de la “Caracterización de los
procesos que se desarrollan en el sistema de prácticas pre-profesionales en la
formación de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Medicina de la Facultad de
Medicina año 2012”, se proyecta , propiciando una reflexión permanente, tanto
en el individuo o colectivamente, por cuanto, los cambios sociales conducen a un
nuevo planteamiento de la docencia y en especial en la Universidad, se hace
necesario un modelo educativo abierto, que esté basado en la capacidad de
aprender por parte del estudiante, de saber obtener información y de adaptarse a
las situaciones de cambio que presenta la profesión, específicamente la de
Medicina. En la presente investigación se planteó como problemática la
incidencia que tiene la Caracterización de los procesos que se desarrollan en el
sistema de prácticas pre-profesionales en la formación de los estudiantes de la
Carrera de Medicina de la Facultad de Medicina año 2012. Se determinó como
objetivo general el Investigar el modelo de aprendizaje teórico-práctico en el área
de cirugía de la carrera de Medicina de la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas para
mejorar las competencias profesionales del egresado, tendiente a la
identificación del procedimiento de los procesos de las prácticas preprofesionales
relacionado con el procedimiento teórico práctico en la Facultad de
Medicina, para establecer fortalezas y debilidades; y, diseñar un plan de
mejoras. La investigación se ubicó en la modalidad de proyecto factible apoyada
en una investigación de campo de carácter descriptivo. De la población,
constituida por directivos, docentes y estudiantes; se extrajo una muestra de 250
informantes a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario, el mismo que fue validado
por tres docentes de Post grado de la Facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de
la Educación de la Universidad de Guayaquil. Del estudio se concluyó que la
propuesta posee potencialidades de aplicación práctica. Se recomienda a las
autoridades educativas y docentes ponerlas en práctica por constituir las
prácticas pre-profesionales una etapa fundamental en la formación del
estudiante de la Escuela de Medicina, en la que, a más de profundizar la
formación teórica, se debe proporcionar una sólida capacitación práctica a nivel
de servicios de salud, por lo que la propuesta del diseño de un plan de mejoras
en el aprendizaje teórico-práctico del área de cirugía de la carrera de Medicina,
está dirigida a la formación de Médicos.
The areas of system performance has components to pre-professional training for that reason the issue of "Nature of the processes taking place in the system of preprofessional training in the training of students of the School of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine 2012, "is projected, causing a permanent reflection, both the individual and collectively, because the changes in society as a new approach to teaching and especially in the university, requires a model open education, which is based on the ability of learning by the student, to know information and adapt to situations of change that the profession of medicine specifically. In the present research was the problem the impact has Characterization of the processes taking place in the system of pre-professional training in the training of students of the School of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine 2012. We determined the general objective of the model investigate theoretical and practical learning in the area of surgery at the Medicine Faculty of Medical Sciences to improve the professional skills of graduates, leading to the identification procedure practices processes preprocedure-related professional theoretical and practical in medical school to establish strengths and weaknesses and design an improvement plan. The research was located in the form of feasible project supported by field research descriptive. Population, consisting of principals, teachers and students extracted a sample of 250 respondents who answered a questionnaire, it was validated by three postgraduate teachers in the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Sciences Education at the University of Guayaquil. The study concluded that the proposal has potential practical application. It is recommended that education authorities and teachers to implement them as constituting the pre-professional stage in the formation of the student from the School of Medicine, in which, more than deepen the theoretical, provide a solid training practice at health care, so that the proposed design of an improvement plan in the theoretical and practical learning in the area of surgery at the medical career, is aimed at the formation of Physicians Keywords
