La importancia y aporte de la industria de alimentos y bebidas de la provincia del guayas en relación a la industria de alinentos y bebidas nacional 2007-2008

Abstract

El primer capítulo realizo un estudio de la economía y sus sectores productivos en el mercado actual. Señalo la importancia que tienen mediante su estructura y función. En el segundo capítulo efectúo un análisis de la macroeconomía ecuatoriana, señalando su comportamiento, indicadores y tendencias en el periodo 2005-2008. Luego de este análisis de la macroeconomía nacional realizo un estudio general sobre las principales características, la importancia y las tendencias que muestra la industria de alimentos y bebidas a nivel nacional. En el tercer capítulo realizo un análisis, más detallado, de la industria de alimentos y bebidas de la provincia del Guayas en el bienio 2007-2008. Así mismo me detengo a puntualizar cuáles son las fortalezas que tiene la industria y por qué es una de las ramas industriales más importantes del país, no solo en el número de industrias sino en su producción, valor agregado, número de empleados, activos y patrimonios.
