Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación enfoca la problemática de las necesidades
educativas especiales que poseen los estudiantes, de la Facultad de
Comunicación Social de la Universidad de Guayaquil con algún grado de
discapacidad, por ello la autora plantea desarrollar un curso taller sobre la
adecuada implementación de las TICS, en el aula de clases a fin de mejorar la
calidad del proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje.En este sentido, es conveniente
que todos los actores del hecho educativo tengan la disposición para asumir el
proceso de cambio y progreso, el cual permita emitir respuestas educativas
diversificadas, flexibles y que puedan ser adaptadas a la población que presenta
limitaciones. Este estudio pretende repotenciar las tutorías pedagógicas que
permitan el acompañamiento y asesoramiento académico, para facilitar la
comunicación y el aprendizaje. La metodología aplicada es el Focus Group a los
estudiantes del séptimo semestre, a través de la recopilación de información para
determinar el nivel de conocimientos; sobre el tema además de entrevistas a
docentes y a un especialista en área, con el propósito de conocer las técnicas de
inclusión y formación que se dan en FACSO. La autora concluye que estos
elementos son determinantes para el desarrollo de esta investigación y la
elaboración de este proyecto de titulación que pretende mejorar la calidad de la
comunidad educativa de FACSO.

In this sense, it is desirable that all actors of the educational event have the readiness to assume the process of changing and progress, educational, diversified, flexible and that can be adapted to the population that presents limitations. This study aims to promote pedagogical tutorials that allow the accompaniment and academic advice, to facilitate communication and learning. The methodology applied is the Focus Group to the students of the seventh semester, through the collection of information to determine the level of knowledge; on the subject in addition of interviews to teachers and an specialist of, the area with the purpose of knowing the techniques of inclusion and training that are given in FACSO. The author concludes that these elements are determinant for the development of this research and the elaboration of this titulación profect that tries to improve the quality of the educative community of FACSO.
