Resumen
El siguiente trabajo de titulación va dirigido a los moradores de la Cooperativa Janeth Toral,
lugar donde se ha podido analizar y observar la necesidad urgente de mejorar la calidad de
vida, ya que en esta comunidad están propensos a sufrir deslaves e inundaciones por las tierras
en las que han fijado sus viviendas. La comunicación es la base del desarrollo de la información
dentro de los sectores urbanos, en la cooperativa Janeth Toral se realizó este estudio para poder
socializar esa problemática. La forma de comunicación de los habitantes de la cooperativa
Janeth Toral es muy rudimentaria y ancestral a pesar de estar en una era de tecnología. Desde
los niños hasta los adultos han sufrido varios accidentes debido a la ausencia y desconocimiento
de un plan de seguridad, situación que motivó a la realización de la propuesta de un periódico
para la prevención de riesgos y desastres. El trabajo incluye el estudio del problema,
antecedentes, el marco teórico que encuadra el mismo, resultados del análisis de los datos
actuales obtenidos y el diseño de la propuesta. La creación del periódico ayudará a poder
desarrollar e incentivar a la misma gente de la comunidad a participar de los diferentes actos
del sector y conocer cuáles son las actividades que pueden realizar para la prevención de riesgos
y desastres en caso de un fenómeno natural.

The following research work is aimed at the residents of cooperativa Janeth Toral, where it has been possible to analyze and observe the urgent need to improve the quality of life, since in this community they are prone to suffer landslides and floods on the lands in those who have fixed their homes. Communication is the basis for the development of information within the urban sectors, in the cooperativa Janeth Toral this study was carried out in order to socialize this problem. The communication form of the inhabitants of the cooperativa Janeth Toral is very rudimentary and ancestral despite being in the era of technology. From children to adults have suffered several accidents due to the absence and lack of knowledge of a safety plan, a situation that led to the realization of a proposal for a newspaper for the prevention of risks and disasters. The work includes the study of the problem, background, the theoretical framework that frames the same, results of the analysis of the current data obtained and the design of the proposal. The creation of the newspaper will help to develop and encourage the same people of the community to participate in the different acts of the sector and to know what the activities are tobe carried out for the prevention of risks and disasters in case of a natural phenomenon.
