Resumen
La presente investigación general de este estudio trata sobre el seguimiento y
monitoreo docente en el logro de los estándares de aprendizaje en el área de lengua y
literatura de los estudiantes del cuarto grado en la Escuela de Educación Básica
“Ciudad de Ibarra”. El tipo de investigación que se empleo fue bibliográfica, de campo
y descriptiva, utilizándose los métodos inductivo-deductivo, global y dialéctico. Las
técnicas que se aplicaron fueron de observación, entrevista y encuesta, el instrumento
fue el registro de datos por medio de fichas y cuestionarios para docentes,
representantes legales y estudiantes, ficha de observación para el investigador. Se
tiene como finalidad que el seguimiento y monitoreo a docentes se presente de igual
forma en los diferentes establecimientos públicos, así como fomentar la innovación
educativa para ofrecer a todos sus estudiantes oportunidades educativas distintas. Por
ello, la institución cree conveniente la necesidad de desarrollar e impulsar en la
propuesta el diseño de fichas y rúbricas evaluativas para el logro de los estándares de
aprendizaje que tiene como propósito la incorporación de herramientas que orienten a
los docentes en el objetivo de llevar a sus estudiantes hacia el logro de las destrezas y
conocimientos en el área de Lengua y Literatura.
This general investigation of this study deals with monitoring and teacher monitoring the achievement of the learning standards in the area of language and literature of the fourth grade students at the School of Basic Education "City of Ibarra." The type of research used was bibliographic, field and descriptive, using inductive-deductive, comprehensive and dialectical methods, techniques applied were observation, interview and survey, the instrument was logging data using tabs and questionnaires for teachers, legal representatives and students observation sheet to the researcher. It aims to track and monitor teachers is presented in the same way in different public institutions, while promoting educational innovation to offer all its students different educational opportunities. Therefore, the institution sees fit to the need to develop and promote the proposed design of chips and evaluative rubrics for achieving learning standards that aims to incorporate tools to guide teachers in order to carry students towards achieving expected learning in the area of language arts
