Resumen
El cantón Mocache se caracteriza por ser una zona agrícola,
administrado por Gobierno descentralizado de Mocache, esta Institución realiza
varias actividades, entre ellas las decisiones que toma los concejales y las
gestiones que realiza el Alcalde, incluyendo a otros funcionarios; sin embargo,
no existe un órgano de difusión, esta ausencia permite plantear la factibilidad
de un periódico misceláneo. Las selecciones de los argumentos para la
construcción del marco teórico fueron investigadas en diferentes fuentes
primarias, secundarias y web, los contenidos tienen relación con la
problemática y las variables independiente y dependiente. La metodología que
fue utilizada bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, métodos inductivo, deductivo; el tipo
de investigación descriptiva y de campo. Se usó la técnica de la encuesta y la
entrevista, después de su aplicación se caracterizó el estado situacional del
fenómeno de estudio, constatando la falta del periódico, los resultados justifica
la viabilidad de la propuesta; la producción de un periódico misceláneo
permitirá la difusión de las actividades del GAD Municipal de Mocache.
