The earthworm humus fertilizer is a fertilizer of the first order, one hundred percent organic. This is obtained by feeding organic and / or agricultural waste in decomposition process to a species of domesticated earthworm, the red California worm. This species degrades organic matter to the last degree of decomposition obtaining the worm droppings, this process results in a rich protein fertilizer and completely organic The benefits of the California red worm, Eisenia Foetida, are high value for agro-industry. This is why it is very important to deepen the research on the subject of vermiculture and its by-products. In underdeveloped countries, where labor and land are the most available factors of production, fertilizers organic products represent an important alternative for the development and progress of the field, as the main way to achieve healthier products with better commercial demand.
