Resumen
Las empresas cada día se enfrentan a un mercado altamente competitivo, por lo cual buscan
implementar nuevas métodos de trabajo y herramientas de gestión que les permita
responder ante este mercado. En Plastiuniversal S.A. se ha utilizado la técnica de la encuesta
para identificar los problemas en su flujo de comunicación, tales como: falta de información
o información que no es proporcionada a tiempo. El 50% y 40% de sus empleados
administrativos y de producción respectivamente, han calificado como regular a la
comunicación de la compañía, la cual es un elemento clave para la generación de un clima
laboral positivo, bajo esta perspectiva se ha levantado un plan de comunicaciones que
describe cada evento de comunicación, con su respectivo propósito, método y frecuencia
para que la información se distribuya en forma organizada y a tiempo. De esta forma la
comunicación contribuye a un clima laboral positivo porque la fluidez de la información
genera buena imagen y permite la transmisión de las estrategias operacionales.
