Resumen
Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar los insumos en el cultivo del arroz y su incidencia en el precio de venta en el cantón Daule en el periodo 2010-2015, mostrando los inicios del sector arrocero en el Ecuador, su funcionamiento técnico y su aporte tanto en el entorno macro como en el entorno micro. Se conoce que el sector arrocero es en su mayor parte, con respecto a funcionamiento, es agrícola; es decir, la mayor parte del trabajo se realiza en los cultivos, y en otros casos interviene la tecnología para agregarle valor al producto, en todo caso, este sector es vulnerable a uno de los factores más complicados de manejar por el ser humano que es el clima, los comportamientos erráticos en el clima provocan problemas en el proceso productivo del arroz lo cual requiere para su estabilización un aumento en los insumos necesarios para proteger el mismo, viéndose reflejado en el precio del arroz a comercializarse
The main objective of this research is to analyze the inputs in rice cultivation and its impact on the sale price in the Daule canton in the 2010-2015 period, showing the beginnings of the rice sector in Ecuador, its technical functioning and its contribution to both in the macro environment as in the micro environment. It is known that the rice sector is for the most part, with respect to operation, it is agricultural; that is to say, most of the work is done in crops, and in other cases technology intervenes to add value to the product, in any case, this sector is vulnerable to one of the most complicated factors to handle by the human being that is the climate, the erratic behaviors in the climate provoke problems in the productive process of the rice which requires for its stabilization an increase in the necessary inputs to protect the same, being reflected in the price of the rice to be commercialized
