Análisis de los beneficios socio económicos y ambientales por la ejecución de un proyecto ecoturístico en bosque protector Cerro Paraíso, Guayaquil

Resumen
Los Proyectos con enfoque ecoturístico están tomando notoriedad en los últimos años, los cuales aprovechan las condiciones ambientales de las localidades donde se ejecutan, a la vez que contribuyen al desarrollo de las poblaciones que se asientan en este. Dentro de la ciudad de Guayaquil existe un remanente de Bosque Seco Tropical de casi 300 hectáreas, terreno en cual habitan especies de flora y fauna endémicas de este tipo de hábitat. En la actualidad se desaprovecha este recurso con el que cuenta la ciudad, a más de eso pierde terreno debido a los asentamientos marginales en la cara oeste del cerro y se ve afectado por el crecimiento inmobiliario y canteras. La perspectiva de esta investigación está orientada tanto al tema ambiental como al socioeconómico de los habitantes de los sectores que se encuentran en los márgenes del Bosque Protector Cerro Paraíso, determinando las ventajas posibles tras la ejecución de un proyecto de esta categoría y su impacto sobre la calidad de vida de los habitantes de las áreas marginales en el sector.
Projects with ecotourism focus are gaining notoriety in recent years, which take advantage of the environmental conditions of the localities where they are executed, while contributing to the development of the populations that settle in it. Within the city of Guayaquil there is a remnant of Tropical Dry Forest of almost 300 hectares, land inhabited by species of flora and fauna endemic to this type of habitat. At present this resource is wasted with the city, moreover, it loses ground due to the marginal settlements on the west side of the hill and is affected by real estate growth and quarries. The perspective of this research is oriented to the environmental as well as the socioeconomic issue of the inhabitants of the sectors that are on the margins of the Cerro Paraíso Protected Forest, determining the possible advantages after the execution of a project of this category and its impact on the quality of life of the inhabitants of the marginal areas in the sector.
