Resumen
EL PRINCIPAL DESARROLLO DE ESTA TESIS ES ANALIZAR Y DEMOSTRAR MEDIANTES CIFRAS ESTADISTICAS LAS RELACIONES COMERCIALES QUE TIENE ECUADOR CON LOS PAÍSES MIEMBROS DE LA CAN, PARA DETERMIANR COMO EL PACTO COMERCIAL HA PERMITIDO AL ECUADOR COMPENSAR LOS EFECTOS DE CARECER DE MONEDA PROPIA. El principal desarrollo de este trabajo de investigación es; identificar la causa deficitaria en la Balanza Comercial, esto implica analizar las relaciones comerciales que tiene Ecuador con países que conforman la Comunidad Andina de Naciones (CAN). El 26 de mayo de 1969, cinco países sudamericanos, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador y Perú, firmaron el acuerdo de Cartagena, con el propósito de mejorar el nivel de vida de sus habitantes mediante la integración y la cooperación económica y social. Esta integración tomó el nombre de Comunidad Andina de Naciones (CAN), porque en 1996, se firma el Tratado de Trujillo que reforma el Pacto de Cartagena. Se originó el comercio intra- Andino, este convenio hizo que los Estados redujeran sus barreras arancelarias e inclusive descartar los aranceles para así permitir el libre tránsito de productos
THE MAIN DEVELOPMENT OF THIS THESIS IS TO ANALYZE AND DEMONSTRATE MEDIATING STATISTICAL FIGURES THE COMMERCIAL RELATIONS THAT ECUADOR HAS WITH THE MEMBER COUNTRIES OF THE CAN, TO DETERMINE HOW THE COMMERCIAL PACT HAS ALLOWED ECUADOR TO COMPENSATE THE EFFECTS OF LACKING OF OWN CURRENCY. The main development of this research work is; identify the deficit cause in the Trade Balance, this implies analyzing the commercial relations that Ecuador has with countries that make up the Andean Community of Nations (CAN). On May 26, 1969, five South American countries, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador and Peru, signed the Cartagena agreement, with the purpose of improving the standard of living of its inhabitants through integration and economic and social cooperation. This integration took the name of the Andean Community of Nations (CAN), because in 1996, the Treaty of Trujillo was signed, which reforms the Cartagena Pact. Intra-Andean trade originated, this agreement caused the States to reduce their tariff barriers and even discard tariffs to allow free transit of products
