Resumen
Se demuestra la factibilidad, para instalar una planta que fabrique
máquinas multifuncionales para la industria del fitness a nivel nacional, se
utiliza herramientas estadísticas como el estudio de mercado donde se
determina la competencia, los precios, la demanda insatisfecha, las
necesidades y opiniones sobre el producto que se ofrecerá al mercado
fitness del país, se determina el análisis de las encuestas que están dirigido
a los administradores o propietarios de gimnasios en la ciudad de
Guayaquil, en esta ciudad existen un 22.11% de establecimientos del país,
mediante metodologías, técnicas y procedimientos de ingeniería se
procede a determinar los procesos productivos, el tamaño de la planta, en
donde el cálculo dio como resultado un área de 283m2, su distribución,
manejo de los recursos materiales y humano, el cálculo del análisis
financiero determina una inversión inicial de $ 378.223,77, el 21%
financiado por préstamo bancario y el 79% restante por accionistas, se
garantiza un VAN (Valor Actual Neto) positivo de USD$ 62.577,57 y una
TIR (Tasa Interna de Retorno) del 16%.Con los resultados que se han
obtenido del presente proyecto se pone de manifiesto la factibilidad
económica, para los inversionistas de la empresa, con posibilidad de
diversificar la empresa en la industria del fitness.
The propouse is demostrate the factibility of the study technical economic for the instalation of a plant to manufacture multifuntional fitness equipment for the fitness Industry, to satisfy the needs of the actual demand nationwide. We use surveys tools for the Market research unsatisfied demands we could get to know the needs and opinions about the product that will be offer to the demand, the survey are addressed to the Administrators or owners of establishment that offer service for sport activities in the city of Guayaquil, in this City we got 22.11% of establishments of the country . Applying methodologies, techniques and engineer procedures that determinate the productive process, the size of the plant and distribution, management of the material and human resources, with the financial ananysis we determinate an initial investment of the proyect, after the studies of the cost and spending for installation and production we calculate $378.223,77 With the results that we obtain from the current project we can mention that is profitable and convenient for the investors of the company, with the warranty for the shareholders a NVP (net present value) positive of $62.577,57 and a IRR (internal rate of return) of 16%.
