Resumen
El presente tema de investigación tiene como fin plantear el “ESTUDIO Y DISEÑO DEL NUEVO MERCADO MINORISTA MUNICIPAL DEL CANTÓN DE PEDRO CARBO”, el cual estará dirigido a la población en general del mismo Cantón Pedro Carbo de la Provincia de los Guayas. El proyecto surge por la problemática existente en el actual mercado el cual se busca dar una solución integral a la falta de espacios adecuados ,que contribuyan a brindar un buen servicio, cumpliendo con las necesidades de la población.
La primera parte de la investigación del proyecto se ha desarrollado mediante un estudio de carácter exploratorio-descriptivo, el cual sirve como punto de partida para lograr conocer, identificar y así poder obtener un análisis de la problemática y situación actual en la que se encuentra la población del cantón.
Las fuentes principales de información que se emplearon para la recolección de datos fueron la observación, ya que así se pudo obtener un contacto visual directo con el área de estudio, además se empleó la encuesta la cual fue aplicada a la población del cantón Pedro Carbo con el fin de conocer su opinión sobre el actual mercado minorista, los resultados fueron estudiados y analizados cuantitativamente y tabulados para luego establecer porcentajes que permitan dar respuestas ya sean positivas o negativas a las preguntas científicas y así poder proponer una solución arquitectónica al problema, para satisfacer las necesidades de los habitantes
This research topic aims to raise the "STUDY AND DESIGN FOR RESTRUCTURING OF CURRENT MARKET CITY OF CANTON RETAILER OF PEDRO CARBO" which will be aimed at the general population of the same Pedro Carbo Canton Province of Guayas. The project arises from the problems in the current market which is seeking a comprehensive solution to the lack of adequate spaces that contribute to provide good service to meet the needs of the population. The first part of the research project has been developed by a study of exploratory and descriptive, which serves as a starting point to get to know, identify and thereby obtain an analysis of the problems and current situation in which is the canton population. The main sources of information were used for data collection were observation, as this could get a direct visual contact with the study area, in addition to the survey which was applied to the population of Canton Pedro Carbo she was used in order to know your opinion on the current retail market, the results were studied and analyzed quantitatively and tabulated and then set rates that allow for answers whether positive or negative to scientific questions and thus be able to propose an architectural solution to the problem, to meet the needs of the inhabitants.
