Resumen
Este proyecto consiste en un centro comercial, localizado en la cabecera cantonal Velasco Ibarra del cantón El Empalme, respondiendo a su ubicación estará implantado en las calles Salinas, Daule y 10 de agosto. El centro comercial acogerá a 300 comerciantes informales y demás usuarios del sistema, con diversas necesidades que este deberá satisfacer, además tendrá la capacidad acorde la demanda comercial del cantón y estará proyectado para 20 años, como solución a la problemática del comercial actual. El proyecto, aunque se desarrollara en un contexto específico, podrá ser adaptado para ser implantado en otros lugares con similares condiciones, ya que al estar diseñado en forma modular no alterará su estructura. En relación a que el proyecto estará diseñado de manera sostenible y con criterios bioclimáticos, es necesario tomar en cuenta la eficiencia de las instalaciones, lo cual es de importancia para el desarrollo del mismo. Debido a que en el cantón El Empalme la dotación de agua potable es deficiente y no cuenta con una red de sistema de alcantarillado, se proyectan sistemas que logren cumplir el concepto de objeto arquitectónico sustentable y sea factible en vista de una necesidad.
This project consists of a shopping center, located in the canton Velasco Ibarra of the canton El Empalme, responding to its location will be implanted in the streets Salinas, Daule and August 10. The shopping center will host 300 informal traders and other users of the system, with various needs that it will have to satisfy, also have the capacity according to the commercial demand of the canton and will be projected for 20 years, as a solution to the problems of the current commercial. The project, although developed in a specific context, can be adapted to be implemented in other places with similar conditions, since being designed in a modular way will not alter its structure. In relation to the fact that the project will be designed in a sustainable way and with bioclimatic criteria, it is necessary to take into account the efficiency of the facilities, which is of importance for the development of the same. Due to the lack of potable water in the El Empalme canton, it does not have a sewage system network, systems that achieve the concept of a sustainable architectural object are projected and feasible in view of a need .
