Resumen
Este trabajo explicará el Uso del Correo Electrónico en el ámbito comunicativo y educativo en el sector de la Educación Secundaria para mostrar cómo esta herramienta tecnológica puede renovar y estrechar la comunicación entre docentes y estudiantes, actualizar la metodología dada en los planteles y al mismo tiempo; mejorar el rendimiento académico en los estudiantes. Por medio de este estudio se realizará una investigación para hallar las falencias que puedan existir en la estructura general de la educación secundaria en los planteles tanto particulares como fiscales del área norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, la cual se aplicará los métodos y las técnicas de investigación correspondientes para indagar el porqué de la existencia de la brecha digital en la metodología educativa tecnológica entre ambas instituciones. Al finalizar se presentan los resultados adquiridos a través de instrumentos investigativos utilizados para mostrar las pertinentes conclusiones acompañadas de sus respectivas recomendaciones en este trabajo.

Through this research, an investigation will be carried out to find the shortcomings that may exist in the general structure of secondary education in both private and fiscal schools in the northern area of the Guayaquil city, which will apply the methods and techniques of Research to investigate the reason for the existence of the digital divide in the technological educational methodology between both institutions. At the end, the results were presented through research instruments used to show the pertinent conclusions accompanied by their respective recommendations in this work.
