Influencia de la actitud del docente -tutor en el comportamiento de los estudiantes de básica elemental de la escuela fiscal "Elias Muñoz Vicuña" de guayaquil año 2015

Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la actitud del
docente ante el comportamiento de los estudiantes de básica elemental
encontrándose enmarcada en el tipo de investigación descriptiva y un diseño de
estudio de campo, para lograr este objetivo se utilizó un enfoque cualicuantitativo,
con el fin de analizar y describir la actitud docente. El proceso
investigativo se realizó en la Escuela Fiscal “Elías Muños Vicuña” con un
universo de 19 docentes de Educación General Básica. Se aplicó una escala
tipo Likert constituida por diez ítems para medir la actitud del docente hacia el
comportamiento de los estudiantes y la disposición actitudinal del docentetutor
hacia el currículo. Los resultados que se obtuvieron demuestran que los
docentes presentan una actitud positiva frente al comportamiento de los
estudiantes de básica elemental; Las conclusiones planteadas arrojaron que
la comunidad debe involucrarse conjuntamente con la institución, por parte de
los docentes existe una actitud positiva sobre todo al momento de adaptar los
contenidos y emplear estrategias metodológicas en respuesta a la necesidad
de los estudiantes. Sin embargo se recomienda que el directivo y el docente
deben tomar actitudes positivas, tomando en cuenta el comportamiento que
presenta los niños y así mantener una actitud donde los roles asumidos den
como resultados trabajos de calidad, donde la actitud del docente sede sin
dificultades.
This research has the general objective to determine the attitude of teachers to the behavior of elementary students meeting basic framed in the kind of descriptive research and field study design, to achieve this objective, a qualitative and quantitative approach was used, with in order to analyze and describe the educational attitude. The research process was conducted in the "Elijah Munos Vicuña" Public School with a universe of 19 teachers of basic general education. a Likert scale consists of ten items to measure the attitude of teachers towards the students' behavior and attitudinal disposition of the teacher-tutor to the curriculum is applied. The results obtained show that teachers have a positive attitude towards the behavior of elementary students basic; The conclusions presented showed that the community should be involved together with the institution, by the teachers there is a positive attitude, especially when adapting the contents and methodological strategies used in response to the need of the students. However it is recommended that managers and teachers must take positive attitudes, taking into account the behavior having children in order to maintain an attitude where den assumed roles as quality work results, where the attitude of the teaching office smoothly
