Resumen
El presente proyecto sobre “Competencias lingüísticas y hábitos
lectores” tiene la intención de mejora del sistema educativo, en lo
que a calidad se refiere, ha sido una constante en toda la
legislación educativa, además busca obtener una ruta de
adquisición de metas necesarias para la óptima expresión y
comprensión lingüísticas ya sea por la complejidad de los sistemas
de comunicación de la diversificación de sus usos, de valores y de
convenciones que corresponden a distintos niveles de interrelación
y de relación social. El presente problema investigado es una breve
descripción de la falta de desarrollo de las competencias lingüísticas
en los estudiantes de 8vo. Año de Educación General Básica de la
Unidad Educativa Fiscal “Nueve de Octubre” el mismo que se
encuentra enmarcado dentro de lo que es la educación por lo que se
considera como un aspecto básico de mejorar y se toma en cuenta
todos los elementos necesarios y aspectos particulares que conlleva
dicho problema. Esta investigación es conveniente ya que la
influencia de las competencias lingüísticas en el desarrollo de las
habilidades y destrezas en los hábitos lectores en el desarrollo del
rendimiento escolar en los estudiantes de octavo año. El presente
trabajo corresponde a una investigación bibliográfica, por el material
utilizado para la consulta y de campo, por las encuestas realizadas
por quienes conforman parte del grupo investigado. La investigación
de este proyecto factible, se basa en la investigación de campo,
porque se refiere al estudio sistemático de problemas, en el lugar en
que se producen los acontecimientos con el propósito de descubrir,
explicar sus causas y efectos, entender su naturaleza e
implicaciones, establecer los factores que lo motivan y permiten
predecir su ocurrencia.
The present project on "Language skills and reading habits" intends to improve the educational system, as far as quality is concerned, has been a constant in all educational legislation, in addition seeks to obtain a route to acquire necessary goals for the Optimal expression and linguistic understanding, either because of the complexity of the communication systems of the diversification of their uses, values and conventions that correspond to different levels of interrelation and social relation. The present problem investigated is a brief description of the lack of development of the linguistic competences in the students of 8vo year of Basic General Education of the Fiscal Education Unit "Nine of October" the same that is framed within what is the education reason why it is considered as a basic aspect to improve and takes into account all the necessary elements and Aspects of the problem. This research is desirable since the influence of language skills in the development of skills and skills in reading habits in the development of school performance in eighth grade students. The present work corresponds to a bibliographical research, by the material used for the consultation and field, by the surveys carried out by those who form part of the group investigated. The research of this feasible project is based on field research, because it refers to the systematic study of problems, the place where events occur in order to discover, explain their causes and effects, understand their nature and implications, to establish the factors that motivate it and to predict its occurrence.
