Resumen
Presenta un análisis técnico económico para la producción de bicicletas plegables. Emplea técnica de la encuesta para determinar el grado de aceptación del producto, proyecta la demanda y la oferta mediante el método de mínimos cuadrados, analiza el precio promedio, canal de distribución, define la localización optima de la empresa, selecciona las maquinarias y equipos mediante el método cualitativo por puntos, diseña el producto basado en normas técnicas del INEN, utiliza la representación gráfica del diagrama de bloques para describir los procesos de producción, realiza el balance de materia y de línea, conforme a la distribución del edificio, con el respectivo recorrido. Realiza la representación gráfica de la estructura administrativa de la empresa, con un organigrama lineal expone el respectivo manual de funciones, define la correcta organización técnica con el plan de producción, abastecimiento y mantenimiento. Calcula la inversión total en 446.471,32 dólares, donde se financiará con la Corporación Financiera Nacional un monto de 99.507,58 dólares, con una tasa de interés del 7,79% para ser pagados a cinco años plazo, se contará con la participación en partes iguales de seis socios con un aporte total de 346.963,74 dólares. Determina la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) en 26%, el Valor Actual Neto (VAN) es de 199.046,08 dólares, la recuperación de la inversión se dará en el quinto año, el costo beneficio determina que por cada dólar invertido se tendrá una utilidad de 0,37 centavos de dólar, los indicadores comprueban la factibilidad del proyecto de inversión. Concluye que la creación del proyecto es sostenible, si se pone en marcha generará nuevas plaza de trabajo y aportará a la disminución de salida de divisas del país por concepto de importaciones. Recomienda la utilización de tecnología ecológica, manteniendo una conciencia amigable con el planeta.
It presents an economic technical analysis for the production of folding bicycles. Technical employee of the survey determine the degree of acceptance of the product, the projects demand and supply in the method of least squares, analyzes the average price, distribution channel, defines the optimal location of the company, select machinery and equipment through the qualitative point method, designs the product based on INEN technical standards, uses of the graphical representation of the block diagram to describe the production processes, perform the balance of matter and line, according to the distribution of the building, with the respective course. It performs the graphic representation of the administrative structure of the company, with a linear organization chart shows the respective function manual, defines the correct technical organization with the production plan, the supply and the maintenance. It calculates the total investment at $ 446,471.32, from which it was financed with the National Financial Corporation in the amount of $ 99,507.58, with an interest rate of 7.79% to be paid at five years, equal shares of six partners with a total of $ 346,963.74. Determines the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) at 26%, the Net Present Value (NPV) is $ 199,046.08, the recovery of investment is given in the fifth year, the cost benefit determines that for every dollar invested it has a profit of 0,37 cents, the indicators check the feasibility of the investment project. It concludes that the creation of the project is sustainable, if it is put in place it will generate new jobs and it will contribute to the reduction of the country's outflow of foreign exchange through imports. I recommend the use of ecological technology, maintaining a friendly conscience with the planet.
