Resumen
El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es analizar, observar,
identificar, evaluar e insertar laboralmente a los habitantes del cantón
General Antonio Elizalde de la provincia del Guayas en las empresas
privadas que existen en el país. El cantón no cuenta con el desarrollo físico
y tecnológico que motive a los empresarios a invertir en esta ciudad, dado
que en la actualidad las transnacionales llevan su producción de la mano
con la tecnología para así alcanzar una economía y estrategia acorde a este
siglo. Debido a lo detallado del material investigado, se estudió la
posibilidad de proponer una campaña en las empresas que sirva de guía de
las actitudes y aptitudes que poseen los pobladores de este cantón y así
obtengan un trabajo digno y estable bien remunerado dejando de tener
contratos temporales por indefinidos, respetando lo que garantiza la
constitución de nuestro país.Se estudió la posibilidad de proponer la
creación de una campaña comunicacional, que se use en las empresas
privadas motivando a la inserción laboral, esta matriz está defendida en el
marco teórico del proyecto, haciendo denotar lo importante que es tener
crecimiento y competitividad entre pobladores. Como lo afirma Hugo F.
González; en su libro (Reclutamiento y selección de recursos humanos). Se
utilizará el modelo exploratorio a través de la investigación de campo por
medio de encuestas para recolectar informaciónde los ciudadanos que
sirvan en la campaña de inserción. Debido a los datos que nos facilita el
Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censo, se puede comprobar el alcance
que obtendrá nuestra campaña.La aportación por parte de los pobladores
al brindarnos la información necesaria en esta investigación y en todo el
trayecto del mismo, será fundamental, puesto que son la fuente principal y
objetiva de todo el proyecto.
The purpose of this research is to analyze, observe, identify, assess and insert the inhabitants of town General Antonio Elizalde in the province of Guayas in private companies in the country. The county does not have the physical and technological development that encourages entrepreneurs to invest in this city, as multinationals now have their hand with production technology so as to achieve economy and strategy according to this century. Due to the depth of the material investigated, we studied the possibility of proposing a corporate campaign to guide the attitudes and skills among the inhabitants of this town, and so get a decent and well-paid stable longer had a temporary by undefined, respecting the constitution which guarantees our country. We studied the possibility of proposing the creation of a communication campaign, to be used in encouraging private job placement, this matrix is defended in the framework of the project, doing denote how important it is to have growth and competition between people. As stated Hugo F. Gonzalez, in his book (Recruitment and selection of human resources). Exploratory model will be used by field research through surveys to collect information from citizens to serve in the campaign of insertion. Because the information you provide the National Institute of Statistics and Census, you can check the extent that you get our campaign. The contribution by the villagers to give us the necessary information in this research and all the way thereof, will be crucial, since they are the main source and objective of the project.
