Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad despertar el interés motivador
en la formación académica de los estudiantes de cuarto año de la carrera
de Comercio Exterior de la Facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de la
Educación de la Universidad de Guayaquil para el desarrollo de
actividades que fortalezcan y aporten en la formación académica siendo
de ayuda en el manejo logístico que se da en la distribución y la gestión
de transporte marítimo mediante el seminario taller de capacitación.
Aprovechando los conocimientos de profesionales acerca de la
distribución física internacional como parte fundamental en la significación
del Comercio Exterior, se busca es que los estudiantes incrementen sus
conocimientos y de este modo formar futuros profesionales que con
desempeño sirva de manera productiva y aporte a futuras exportaciones
que generen rentabilidad y empleo a Ecuador. En la investigación
realizada se han desarrollado las fundamentaciones para variables que
posee el objetivo de estudio. La información recolectada se ha manejado
con enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo donde a su vez se hizo una
investigación de campo para iniciar desde la realidad bibliográfica para
obtener datos de diferentes fuentes de investigación. La propuesta
permitirá generar nuevos conocimientos a los estudiantes dictados por
profesionales acerca del manejo logístico y la gestión del transporte
marítimo y así incentivarlos de manera auto-personal a estar en constante
actualización acerca del mundo del Comercio Exterior
The purpose of this project is to arouse the motivating interest in the academic training of fourth year students of the Foreign Trade career of the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Educational Sciences of the University of Guayaquil for the development of activities that Strengthen and contribute in the academic training being of assistance in the logistic management that is given in the distribution and the management of maritime transport through the seminar training workshop. Taking advantage of the knowledge of professionals about the international physical distribution as a fundamental part in the significance of Foreign Trade, it is sought that the students increment their knowledge and in this way to train future professionals that with performance serve in a productive way and contribution to future exports that Generate profitability and employment in Ecuador. In the research carried out, the fundamentals of the variables that the study objective has been developed have been developed. The collected information has been handled with a qualitative and quantitative approach, where a field research was done to be able to start from the reality bibliographical to obtain data from different sources of research. The proposal will generate new knowledge for students dictated by professionals about Logistics management and the management of maritime transport and thus encourage them in a self-personal way to be constantly updated about the world of Foreign Trade.
