Resumen
El presente proyecto de grado es proponer a la Ciudadela Ciudad del Río, un plan de emergencia y contingencia ante riesgos y desastres naturales, la metodología utilizada para la elaboración de este trabajo investigativo fueron: investigación descriptiva, de observación y bibliográfica, una de las técnicas utilizadas en el desarrollo de las actividades para efectuar un plan de emergencia, fue el diseño de la encuesta, para medir el conocimiento antes riesgos y desastres por parte de los moradores, donde el propósito de esta tesis, es el diseño del taller sobre gestión de plan de emergencia y contingencia ante desastres naturales a los residentes de la Ciudadela Ciudad del Río, la solución que se propone establecer directrices necesarias a través de un plan de emergencia que permita a los moradores saber como actuar en caso de estos eventos naturales siempre garantizando el cuidado de su integridad tanto física como psicológica y aplicando medidas de seguridad para evitar catástrofes mayores.
