Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como propósito diagnosticar la situación actual en que se encuentra la empresa tecnicentro automotriz CARIBATECNI S.A. con respecto a la Seguridad e Higiene Industrial, con el objetivo de analizar y brindar las recomendaciones pertinentes del estado actual de la gestión técnica con la ayuda de un Plan mínimo de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial, como parte del sistema de gestión de prevención de riesgos, y con esto se podrá hacer cumplir con las leyes que son impuestas por el ministerio de trabajo y de esta manera evitar sanciones que afecten a la empresa. Se realizó una investigación de campo dentro de las instalaciones de la empresa CARIBATECNI S.A., aplicando fichas técnicas de evaluación, que detecto las falencias que tienen algunos puestos de trabajo de la empresa en materia de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial. Con este tema a desarrollar se plantea posibles soluciones para mejorar la salud y la seguridad, y poder ayudar a los trabajadores para que puedan desenvolverse en un ambiente de trabajo seguro y saludable. Por lo ya mencionado anteriormente, la propuesta de un Plan Mínimo de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial, beneficiara a la institución y a sus colaboradores, brindando un lugar de trabajo seguro e higiénico, libre de riesgos y enfermedades, y sobre todo garantizando el buen estado de las condiciones físicas, ergonómicas y psicológicas del trabajador, identificando todos los factores de riesgos con los cuales están expuestos los trabajadores. El desarrollado se basa en el sustento del Código de Trabajo, Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud de los Trabajadores y Mejoramiento del Medio Ambiente de Trabajo, Normas INEN, Reglamento del Seguro General de Riesgos del Trabajo, Riesgos del Trabajo - IESS. The purpose of this research work is to diagnose the current situation of the automotive technicenter company CARIBATECNI S.A. according to Industrial Safety and Hygiene, with the objective of analyzing and providing the pertinent recommendations of the current state of technical management with the aid of a Minimum Plan of Industrial Safety and Hygiene, as part of the risk prevention management system, and with this can be enforced with the laws that are imposed by the ministry of labor to avoid sanctions that affect the company. A field investigation was carried out within the facilities of the company CARIBATECNI S.A., applying technical evaluation sheets, which detected the shortcomings of some jobsof thecompany in the area of Industrial Safety and Hygiene. With this theme to be developed, it proposes possible solutions to improve health and safety, and to be able to help workers to work in a safe and healthy work environment. As aforementioned, the proposal for a Minimum Plan for Industrial Safety and Hygiene will benefit the institution and its collaborators, providing a safe and hygienic workplace, free from risks and diseases, and above all ensuring the good physical, ergonomic and psychological conditions of the worker, identifying all the risk factors with which workers are exposed. The development is based on the support of the Labor Code, Worker Safety and Health Regulations and Improvement of the Work Environment, INEN Regulations, General Worker Risks Insurance Regulations, Work Risks - IESS.
