Resumen
El objetivo principal del presente proyecto es desarrollar una plataforma web que permita mejorar el control y gestión de los procesos académicos que actualmente se realizan en la Unidad Educativa “Paulo Freire”, mediante el uso de nuevas herramientas tecnológicas, que incidirá en beneficios de representantes, docentes y estudiantes de la institución. Entre los aspecto que se desea mejorar con el desarrollo del proyecto podemos mencionar la comunicación entre docente y representante a través de notificaciones digitales que mantengan informado sobre las actividades y tareas enviadas a sus representados, así mismo contribuir con una herramienta que facilite al docente mejorar el control de notas de los estudiantes desde cualquier punto geográfico. Con la finalidad de reducir costos se decidió desarrollar el proyecto con herramientas open source bajo la metodología SCRUM la cual permite un alta adaptación a posibles cambios y la metodología de Ingeniería Web RMM, la cual permite diseñar una estructura navegacional de calidad con el fin de obtener los resultados satisfactorios en el menor tiempo posible.
The main objective of the present project is to develop a web platform that allows to improve the control and management of the academic processes currently carried out in the Educational Unit "Paulo Freire", through the use of new technological tools, which will affect the benefits of representatives, teachers and students of the institution. Among the aspects to be improved with the development of the project we can mention the communication between teacher and representative through digital notifications that keep informed about the activities and tasks sent to their represented, as well as contribute with a tool that facilitates the teacher to improve the control of students' notes from any geographical point. In order to reduce costs, it was decided to develop the project with open source tools under the SCRUM methodology which allows a high adaptation to possible changes and the methodology of Web Engineering RMM, it allows designing a navigational structure of quality in order to obtain the satisfactory results in the shortest possible time.
