Resumen
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue Examinar la influencia de los factores psicológicos en la calidad de desempeño académico, mediante un estudio bibliográfico, análisis estadísticos y de campo, para diseñar una guía interactiva educativa, para lo cual se realizó un marco teórico, fundamentados en bases teóricas citadas por expertos del área psicológica y pedagógica, lo cual permitió ampliar conocimiento sobre las variables que son objetos de este estudio. La metodología aplicada tuvo un enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo, apoyado en la investigación de campo, descriptivo y exploratorio, se estableció la población y la muestra la misma que estuvo distribuida en 1 directivo, 8 docentes 87 estudiantes y 84 representante, a quienes se les aplicaron las técnicas de investigación con la finalidad de determinar el nivel de influencia del factor psicológico en el desempeño académico de los estudiantes del Primero de Bachillerato Unificado del Colegio Fiscal Experimental “Rita Lecumberri”, con la finalidad de mejorar la educación. Una vez obtenidos los resultados de las entrevistas, encuestas y observaciones estas fueron debidamente clasificadas, tabuladas, lo cual permitió determinar que existe factibilidad de la implementación de una guía interactiva educativa en la que se brinde la oportunidad de que los estudiantes interactúen y expresen las inquietudes que por temor o vergüenza no las expresan a los padres, por todo lo expuesto se debe atender de manera oportuna y eficaz las dificultades psicológicas por las que atraviesan los adolescentes y que mejor que hacerlo mediante el uso de los recurso tecnológicos con que cuenta la institución educativa.
The objective of the present investigation was to examine the influence of psychological factors on the quality of academic performance, through a bibliographical study, statistical and field analysis, to design an interactive educational guide, for which a theoretical framework, based on Theoretical bases cited by experts of the psychological and pedagogical area, which allowed to expand knowledge about the variables that are objects of this study. The applied methodology had a qualitative-quantitative approach, supported by the field research, descriptive and exploratory, the population was established and the sample was the same that was distributed in 1 manager, 8 teachers 87 students and 84 representative, who were applied The research techniques with the purpose of determining the level of influence of the psychological factor on the academic performance of the students of the Unified Baccalaureate of the Experimental Fiscal College "Rita Lecumberri", with the purpose of improving education. Once the results of the interviews were obtained, surveys and observations were duly classified, tabulated, which allowed to determine that there is feasibility of the implementation of an interactive educational guide that provides the opportunity for students to interact and express the concerns That because of fear or shame they do not express them to parents, for all the above, the psychological difficulties that teenagers go through should be dealt with in a timely and efficient way and that better than doing so through the use of the institution's technological resources Education
