Resumen
La investigación se la realiza en la Escuela Fiscal Nº 27 “Carlos Figueroa
Romero”, busca determinar cómo incide y contribuye la gestión del
Administrador Educativo en el analfabetismo de los representantes
legales. Considerando que la educación es un derecho que rige en las
leyes del Ecuador, es un ente de avance y progreso que busca asentarse
como factor de cambio social y cultural en las grandes y pequeñas
sociedades de nuestro país. Las estrategias metodológicas están
establecidas fundamentalmente en el trabajo de campo determinado en la
observación, encuesta y entrevista; las cuales serán la base para
evidenciar el tema a investigar sustentándose también en la investigación
de campo, análisis y síntesis. Basándonos en el marco teórico hemos
detectado las causas de bajo rendimiento de los estudiantes de esta
institución, el incumplimiento de tareas y trabajos extracurriculares de los
mismos encontrando tema medular de este trabajo de investigación el
analfabetismo de la gran mayoría de los padres de familia de esta
comunidad, lo que genera el poco control y monitoreo del trabajo
académico que realizan los estudiantes en sus hogares lo cual repercute
en su rendimiento escolar. Refleja la manera de cómo se enfoca esta
tesis, mencionando las características propias del nivel de la investigación
aplicada, que busca brindar un aporte al Recinto Las Palmas
contribuyendo en combatir el problema social del analfabetismo en base
a talleres que viabilicen la educación a las personas analfabetas,
mediante una participación activa para así no exista la deserción de los
involucrados aplicando una metodología que impacte y contribuya en el
proceso enseñanza aprendizaje
The research is performed in the "Carlos Figueroa Romero" Public School No. 27, seeks to determine how it affects and helps management educational administration at the illiteracy of the legal representatives. Considering that education is a right that governs the laws of Ecuador, is a being of progress and progress that seeks to establish itself as a factor of social and cultural change in large and small companies of our country. The methodological strategies are set mainly on the work of particular field in the observation, survey and interview; which will be the basis for the issue to investigate evidence also sustained in field research, analysis and synthesis. Based on the theoretical framework we have identified the causes of low performance of students in this institution, failure and extracurricular work the same finding central issue of this research illiteracy of the majority of parents in this community, generating little control and monitoring of academic work done by students in their homes which affects school performance. Reflects the way how this thesis focuses, citing the characteristics of the level of applied research, which seeks to provide a contribution to the Campus Las Palmas contributing to combating social problem of illiteracy based on workshops that make viable education to illiterate people through active participation and there is no desertion of those involved applying a methodology to impact and contribute to the teaching-learning process
