Análisi del conocimiento sobre las carreras universitarias del Ecuador en estudiantes de bachillerato del colegio fiscal Dr. Rafael García Goyena en Guayaquil, para la creación de una revista informativa

Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es analizar qué tipo de conocimientos tienen los estudiantes del bachillerato sobre carreras universitarias, identificar el problema de por qué no reciben la información necesaria sobre estos temas para así llegar a ellos a través de un trabajo periodístico mediante la implementación de una revista informativa que les permita conocer cuáles son las carreras universitarias con las que se sientan identificados y de las que harían su medio para vivir. Esto permitirá que elijan con certeza una carrera y no haya deserción en las aulas de los centros de estudios superiores.
Si bien algunos medios de comunicación hacen publicaciones de este tipo y cuya periodicidad es una vez al año, su plan es netamente lucrativo: tener mayor publicidad y hacer un producto poco atractivo. El propósito de este trabajo es que se demuestre que se puede hacer una revista de periodicidad bimensual, con contenido interesante y ameno, sin alejarse de lo sobrio.
El colegio fiscal Dr. Rafael García Goyena, elegido para tener las referencias educativas de su alumnado, es uno de los cientos de planteles públicos de Guayaquil que requieren este tipo de proyectos porque no cuentan con recursos propios que permitan a sus estudiantes tener una guía para la universidad. Tampoco cuentan con planes educativos estatales en orientación universitaria o vocacional. Si bien los beneficiarios de este proyecto son los estudiantes, los profesores también tendrán un material importantísimo, porque la revista informativa será clave para guiar a sus estudiantes en la vida universitaria. Además, cabe recordar, en apenas un año el sistema universitario en Ecuador ha variado mucho, desde la forma en cómo los bachilleres pueden ingresar a un centro de estudios superior durante las inscripciones, qué hacer al momento de presentarse a las pruebas y hasta cómo continuar con sus estudios.
