Resumen
Actualmente en el Ecuador, se han realizado cambios profundos en la educación, ya
que éstos van acorde a las nuevas propuestas educativas, a los cambios actuales
en la comunicación globalizada y el presente proyecto educativo busca determinar
el liderazgo directivo y el clima organizacional en de la Unidad Educativa Stanford
School, Zona 8, Distrito 09D04, de la Provincia del Guayas, Cantón Guayaquil,
Parroquia Febres Cordero, durante el Periodo Lectivo 2017- 2018, ejecutado en
base al estudio de los problemas más importantes que afectan la educación en el
Ecuador, por lo tanto, uno de los objetivos es examinar la influencia del liderazgo
directivo en una institución educativa y con ello generar un clima organizacional
favorable para todos. El diseño de investigación es de tipo bibliográfica y se
enmarcó en una investigación descriptiva, de campo; de carácter no experimental.
Para la recolección de datos se aplicó una encuesta entre la muestra de dicha
población, conformada por 3 directivos, 16 docentes, 460 padres de familia y 460
estudiantes; paro lo cual se elaboró un cuestionario de preguntas, encaminadas a
obtener la opinión de los encuestados, representados por medio de cuadros y
gráficos sobre las dimensiones del liderazgo directivo y del clima organizacional que
se desea conocer. Los resultados obtenidos fueron sometidos a la prueba
estadística X2 (chi cuadrado), la cual determinó una influencia significativa entre el
liderazgo directivo y el clima organizacional, en cada una de sus dimensiones.
Posteriormente, se presenta la propuesta del diseño de una guía metodológica con
enfoque en las destrezas directivas, mediante un taller de capacitación a todos los
miembros de la Institución con la finalidad de que se desarrollen las competencias
de liderazgo, respeten sus roles, funciones y responsabilidades que cada uno debe
cumplir y que esto contribuya a mejorar el clima organizacional dentro de la
institución

For data collection, a survey was applied among the sample of said population, consisting of 3 managers, 16 teachers, 460 parents and 460 students; To this end, a questionnaire of questions was elaborated, aimed at obtaining the opinion of the respondents, represented by means of tables and graphs on the dimensions of managerial leadership and the organizational climate that one wishes to know. The results obtained were subjected to the statistical test X2 (chi square), which determined a significant influence between the managerial leadership and the organizational climate, in each of its dimensions. Subsequently, the proposal for the design of a methodological guide with focus on managerial skills is presented, through a training workshop for all members of the Institution with the purpose of developing leadership competencies, respect their roles, functions and responsibilities. that each one must fulfill and that this contributes to improve the organizational climate within the institution
