Resumen
En los últimos años se ha venido desarrollando en las costas de nuestro país lo que es un deporte nuevo para nosotros como es el balonmano, en la provincia del Guayas se realiza esta actividad en diferentes partes de la ciudad, la problemática que tiene esta institución es la falta de manejo de la información en la gestión de socios y cuotas. El objetivo será optimizar los procesos operativos de administración para tener información oportuna, rápida y confiable, con la ayuda de herramientas tecnológicas como son Php, Joomla, y HTML, el cual será realizado por internet y soportado en Base Mysql. Se realizara la recolección de datos por medio de la técnica de campo, siendo esta investigación un proyecto factible ya que se llevará a cabo con la elaboración y desarrollo de una propuesta de un modelo operativo viable, la información que obtendremos será de la población arbitral de la institución, para solucionar el problema encontrado se desarrollara un ambiente Web que apoyara la noción antes mencionada. Además de un módulo de consultas desde dispositivos móviles para finalmente llegar a la ejecución de la misma, logrando brindar un aporte a la sociedad, para que con el tiempo estos problemas disminuyan y a su vez beneficiar a la Asociación la cual le facilitaremos la labor al personal, y a los afiliados.
