Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación realizado a la Unidad Educativa
Nacional “Tumbaco” tiene como propósito indagar, diagnosticar y diseñar
una Guía Multimedia. Que permita al docente la elaboración de técnicas e
instrumentos de evaluación en el proceso de aprendizaje en el área de
Ciencias Sociales, de los estudiantes de bachillerato general unificado del
sector la Morita. Que está ubicada en la parroquia Tumbaco del cantón
Quito, en la provincia de Pichincha. El objetivo es incentivar a los
docentes en la mejora de la aplicación de nuevas técnicas e instrumentos
de evaluación, a través de los recursos tecnológicos de la actualidad.
Para detectar el problema y poder brindar una solución a su necesidad, la
investigación está enfocada en la investigación Cualitativa y Cuantitativa
de campo. Y por sus niveles de profundidad se ha usado la investigación
descriptiva, explicativa, correlacional, y exploratoria. Mediante las que se
pudieron identificar las falencias y necesidades que tienen docentes y
estudiantes, en el proceso de evaluación. Por lo que, para detectar la
realidad del problema se realizó la recolección de datos por medio de
encuestas y entrevistas a las autoridades, docentes y estudiantes de
bachillerato general unificado. Además, mediante el análisis e
interpretación de los resultados se pudo evidenciar con claridad la
necesidad de aplicar una herramienta que facilite la elaboración de
instrumentos de evaluación. Para lo cual es importante que el docente
pueda diferenciar entre una técnica y un instrumento de evaluación. Pues
la técnica, es la evaluación del aprendizaje de los estudiantes y el
instrumento, es el medio por el cual se obtiene la información.
This research project has been made to the National Educational Unit "Tumbaco", and it has the purpose of investigating, diagnosing and designing a Multimedia guide. Which allows the teacher the elaboration of techniques and instruments of evaluation during the learning process in the Social Sciences area of the students of the general unified bachelor of the Morita neighborhood. Whose place is located in the “Tumbaco” parish of Quito, at the Pichincha province. The objective is to encourage teachers to improve the application of new techniques and instruments of evaluation, through technological resources of the present day. In order to detect the problem and being able to provide a solution, the research is focused in the qualitative and quantitative investigation of field. And because of its complexity levels, has used a descriptive, explanatory, correlational and exploratory research. Through which it could identify the mistakes and needs that both, teachers and students have during the evaluation within this educational institute. So to detect the real problem, it used surveys and interviews to the authorities, teachers and the students, for collecting data. Besides, through the analysis and interpretation of the results, it was evident that they need to apply a tool that facilitates a better design of great evaluation instruments. For which is really important that the teachers would know the difference between a technique and an evaluation instrument. Because the technique, is the evaluation of the learning of the students, but the instrument, is the way by which the information is obtained.
