Resumen
El proyecto es importante porque mediante su propuesta se
establecerán normas que fomentarán el Buen Vivir mediante la influencia
del código de convivencia en la calidad del clima organizacional de los
docentes de la escuela de educación básica “Clementina Triviño de
Unda”, Zona 5, provincia del Guayas, Cantón Balzar, Distrito 13, del
periodo lectivo 2014-2015, teniendo los docentes una herramienta
importante que les ayudará a ser participantes activos en el cambio hacia
una educación de calidad. Es importante la aplicación del proyecto
porque busca mejorar la calidad del clima organizacional de los docentes
para lograr metas y objetivos institucionales que logrará optimizar
destrezas y habilidades cognitivas, afectivas y sociales para una
convivencia armónica entre los miembros de la calidad educativa. La
misma que está sustentada en los fundamentos: Filosóficos, Pedagógico,
Psicológicos y Epistemológico. Basándonos en la metodología de la
investigación se aplicaron los instrumentos comunes para recolectar la
información la misma que fue analizada e interpretada. Para lograr los
objetivos planteados se diseñó la propuesta basada en actividades
interactivas. Al cumplir la presente propuesta los resultados serán
alentadores, porque tendremos una comunidad educativa más
relacionada en un clima organizacional agradable. Entre las conclusiones
y recomendaciones que se obtuvo se establece que los docentes, padres
de familia y estudiantes se vean involucrados en este proceso de mejorar
las relaciones interpersonales a través del código de convivencia

It is important that the implementation of the project to improve the quality of organizational climate for teachers to achieve institutional goals and objectives to achieve and optimize cognitive skills, emotional and social skills for a harmonious coexistence between members of the educational quality. The same is supported by the fundamentals: Philosophical, Pedagogical and Psychological Epistemology. They based on the research methodology applied common tools to collect the same information that was analyzed and interpreted. To achieve the objectives the proposal based on interactive activities designed. To comply with this proposal the results are encouraging, because we will have a related educational community in a pleasant organizational climate. Among the conclusions and recommendations obtained it provides that teachers, parents and students become involved in the process of improving interpersonal relationships through the code of coexistence.
